Jim Tamblyn entered the commercial real estate industry after a successful 25 year banking career with stops in Detroit, Toledo, Chicago and Fort Myers.
Jim has worked extensively with high net worth individuals helping them reach their objectives. His transactions have included vacant land, office and industrial properties and his clients include developers, investors, landlords, tenants and end-users.
His knowledge of finance and underwriting provides a strong foundation for analyzing clients’ investment opportunities.
